Oh, it counts! I was in the best shape of my life when my son was two!!! Coincidentally, it was also before I'd heard about Krispy Kreme. Hmmmm Do you think there's a connection?

Hey Crewchief- I was starting to feel inspired to go to a gym- it's been years, but then you talked about krispie creme- I get my excercise chasing my 2 year old and cleaning and yardwork and errands and... well you know what I mean. Does that excercise count?
Page Two was started right before I got here, back in Fall 2004. There were only about 6 pages when I got started. I don't even remember if there was a page one, maybe someone else remembers way back then...
The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris
I'm starting to remember why I hate exercise. I'm so sore after just two days with the trainer. She's killing me. I was laying on the bench to stretch and when she told me to get up I couldn't!!! My stomach muscles just quit. I literally needed her to pull me up to a sitting position just so I could get off the bench. And if you ever saw me, you'd know why the words stomach and muscles together in the same sentence is hysterical!
Some suggestions for anyone under 40:
- Don't take being skinny for granted.
- If you're in shape, stay in shape.
- If you're not, get there now because it's a whole lot harder after 40!!!
One of Weight Watchers' favorite sayings is "nothing tastes as good as being thin feels." That's a lie. That person never had a hot Krispy Kreme donut right off the line.

I never even realized there were separate topics under the SOCIAL thread, I always click on the far R of the screen, the last entry, and assumed it was all the 'same', all one 'thread', all for non-pto (or social) matters.
today i clicked on the L side, and saw the divisions for topics the first time. oopsie. gotta drink more latte and put more sugar on the donut to stay alert.
