If CapeDad = Cape Cod, then it is very likely your winner's kit. They went out this week from our Massachusetts office, so not surprised if it arrived that quickly down on the Cape.

I had a package arrive at school today. I haven't picked it up, but I think it is our grant kit, too. :D

Ironically, our program is also called 'Operation Facelift'.
