There is absolutely no reason to revisit the mullet! That is one fad better left dead.
Those plastic bracelets made a comeback at least in our little area not too long ago. Ah, I think we missed a fad here... Prince. Everyone was so in love with him. Ruffled shirts galore. Let me think...How about "That's Incredible", 'Circus of the Stars', maybe tie in a safety presentation (Ya know, that "don't try this at home" was a good idea. Too bad it came too late for me to try a triple somersault out of my swingset and to break my arm in two places. IT looked so easy on Circus of the Stars)
Oh and I just started singing "Total Eclipse of the Heart". How about a history section- OH, different years stations- one for 1980, 1981 and so on. I'll bet you can find a lot about each individual decade. Call it a "walk through time" or something like that.
You can have cheerleading (Thanks to Mickey) pretend surfer stations (Spicoli and Fast times) and I can't believe I forgot Olivia Newton-John!! My friends and I jazzercized our little hearts out to "Let's Get Physical" (we had no idea what that really meant!!)
You could have a hacky sack game going on too.
I think I may want to come too though. I'm having a lot of fun revisiting my youth!
