Has anyone used Radio Disney for an Assembly?

We did last year, we only had to pay 200 for Radio Disney. They were a huge sucess with the kids. We used them along with our District Wide Health and Wellness Day and are working on getting them back for this year. WE had a blast. They really got the kids up and moving and involved the faculty and staff as well.

thank you,
I'm going to check them out (Prismatic)-- price is a lot better around 700.00 and it looks like a lot of fun.
Thanks for the info.

m. It's a laser light show -- very dynamic , well received.

They used it in combination with a DJ - well below $2000.

Our school also uses Prismatic Magic every year and the kids love it. We have them booked for a Fun Day assembly in June. They are up and dancing and singing along. I tried to get Radio Disney for a free charity event to collect new and unused baby items for local families in need and I was told that the charge would be $2500 for a 2 hour event. That was more than our organization's entire budget for the year. I told them that if we had $2500, we would have just bought the baby items ourselves :)

I had no idea they'd be so much--
Saw the program done at another school and the kids really liked it a lot.
Thought it would be a great kick-off to the school year next year-- Might have to go back to an ice cram social, but spruce it up with a DJ and giveaways.
Thanks for the help.

For the past two years we have used the local Radio Disney Party Patrol to provide the entertainment and prizes for our Back to School Ice Cream Social. This may be a bit different than what you are looking to do, but setting things up will likely be similar.

The cost was $2000 and this included a van, 4-5 individuals, music, games and prizes for just about everyone.

All we did was contact the local Radio Disney Party Patrol located in Providence Rhode Island to set this up.

I'll admit that 2 years ago I thought they did a great job, but this past year I wasn't as happy with what we received. I'm actually thinking of this coming year, instead, using those funds to purchase our own DJ equipment so that we can provide the entertainment ourselves.

Good luck,
PresidentJim
