All I can say is "good luck"! We tried the same a couple years ago for the local affiliate of the station. They were outrageously expensive and that was after spending weeks trying to contact the sales dept at the station to try to speak with their "events" department.
I hate to be such a downer but I might start looking into other ideas or options for the assembly.

Hi, I'm trying to contact Radio Disney to do an assembly at our school.
We've sen them at one other school in our district, but when we asked how to get in contact with them, the chairperson had apparently left and no had any information about it... Thanks for your help.
