WE are in that strange time of year when we are winding down for this year. We have had an awesome year. But we are also gearing up for next year. We are beginning to strategize for next year. We are going to evaluate what we did this year and what we want to do going forward. Some of our fundraisers are getting worn out (for example our Holiday Housewalk...we make lots of $$$ but it is getting harder and harder to get houses). Because we are a Catholic school, we also have to coordinate our events with the Parish schedule.
I don't know if it's too soon, but our officers are all new next year and we've been informally discussing next year since before we were elected (there was only one person per office running @ our school.) We plan to have a brainstorming/planning session outside of school before the school year is through. We want to hit the ground running next fall.
I know you're not supposed to put the horse before the cart, BUT when do ya'll start planning for Next year?
Is summer strictly off limits for planning mtg?
Would love to see (hear) your strategies
