I created a flyer I sent home (based off of advise I received from this board) for the Silent Auction. Even though you need it for more activities, it may give you an idea. If you would like a copy, email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and I would be happy to send it to you in a word format. It got me a swarm of volunteers -- I don't know what to do with them all!
I have several different volunteer sign up forms. If you are interested, email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I also went to that website to see the form and it was awesome!! I wish we had enough volunteers to pull all of that off.
Hello - I am a new volunteer coordinator at our elementary school and need help. Would someone e-mail one of their sign up sheets/forms? I want to get as many people interested in volunteering. And to have a tool to do that would be great. I just registered to ptotoday, so Thank you to all who can help!

Thanks to everyone who gave me some input with this. If you'd like to see the final form, it's here: www.fcps.edu/lortonstationes/pta/volunteerSignUp.pdf
I don't know that I would do it exactly the same way if I were in a school that had been in existence for awhile, but this seems to be working out well for our new school.
If you look at it and think it would be helpful to you and you want it in Microsoft Word format, please e-mail me back with "volunteer form" in the subject line and I'll get it right out to you.
