The forms you refer to are available under the "Useful Resources" tab to the left (but I'll email them to you directly since they're on my computer). Regarding the year end audit, I will also email you a generic cover letter and checklist that a (volunteer) "auditor" can use. It's not a big deal if your files for the year are in order. I just ask for a volunteer in the school newsletter beginning in May.

I have been reading alot about an end of year audit with the PTO's. I'll be honest , but, I do not think our PTO has ever had an audit done by anyone! I know that because last year I was the treasurer. Help me out here because next year our district is redistricting and I am the only surviving PTO board member ( counsil of 12 ). I need to recruit 11 members, besides learn and do things correctly. I've also read something about Critters forms for the treasurer? Where do I find this.
