Critter: I would love to have a copy of your famous forms as well. We are a new school and have had three treasurers this past year with no forms. I dread having the books audited; however, we did not write very many checks as we didn't have much income. Thanks.
Critter:
I would also appreciate any info. as I am a new incoming Treasurer. Our outgoing treas. was very organized, but her system seems very time consuming and involved. I'm looking to simplify! Thanks- This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
You guys are making me blush...I'm so glad to hear people are finding the forms helpful. They're not rocket science, but they sure have helped me keep things straight.
I've made one or two minor enhancements, and I've added a form for "Miscellaneous Charges" like check-printing charges and NSF fees...so if there are future requests for the forms from this post, I'll gladly take the responsibility to forward on the files (thanks "Happy" and "Helpful").
I know Tim and Craig are trying to come up with a way we can share stuff like this more directly through the website, but until then, I am glad to share.
Yes, they are. Our PTO didn't use the color coded system. We decided to use white paper only.
We aren't a big school at all just need some organization. We have a treasure's file and all the forms are in there broken down by what needs to be done. It's seem to work out fine. It was too much money to do them color coded. And for our audit everything went smoothly. The completed forms are filed in the Treasurer's file for this past year.
Are Critter's forms the ones that are color coded for deposits, reimbursements, check requests? If not can I get a copy of these famous forms? Thanks critter
