We're in a pickle. After the general elections were held in May our Presidential office remained open. We found a parent interested in taking on the position and she was titled President for the 08/09 year. She has since vacated the role due to personal issues and our VP is now President. We (the three remaining officers) are wanting to create a Co-Presidency minus a VP. So we're looking to add additional officers into the office of President to share in the Presidential and VP responsibilities equally. We'd like 3 Co-Officers.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to word our quest so that it can be posted on our School's website? We will be soliciting within last years membership, but want to get the word out to as many parents as we can before the school year starts. Our current President/VP is employed full time outside the home and even with the help of me (Treasurer) and the Secretary we can't keep our heads above water. Not to mention that we haven't even had our initial officer transition meeting yet.
