The Exec Board each month just to keep everything "honest". The Execs should scan for any unusual or unexpected transactions and the treasurer should be able to explain them all. This report would also show the current bank balance.
Its really tough when conflict rises between not only two women, but two mothers, but you two must rise above it. She's more than likely not doing something dishonest try doing what you do best! Try believing in her and let her know and emphasize on your sincerity that your there for her. you know as well as I do and everyone else does too, that were all about loving kindness! Bring your sister just a little closer. Friendship is worth more than gold.
