The board members of our PTA would like to put together a guide book of sorts for our staff, outlining "what you can expect from your PTA" and "what we request from you as a staff." Has anyone put anything like this together before? Any helpful hints or ideas would be GREATLY appreciated. We have LOTS of new staff members coming on board this year, and we want to make sure that everyone is in the same boat. We would like to present this to the entire staff at our first staff meeting the 3rd week in September, so any ideas would be awesome!!
