WE have been told that our account balance has been to high for afew years ad we need to spend some money or lose our non profit status. Has this ever happened to anyone else? We do spend funds (field trips, teacher request, free family nights) If this has happened to you what did you do with your funds? I want to give each principal (we are the PTO for both Elem and Middle School)some to purchase items that will not be covered in the ever shrinking budget i.e a new copier (this would also benfit us, new printers, and other technology items. The Tres wants to invest the money. I would love any and all feedback Thanks
