how do you make the corn in a cup? Do you put the corn in the cup, first then add what, then what? And what do you suggest a fair price?

I run a concession stand in SW PA for youth wrestling.
Walking taco's are always a crowd pleaser.
But now instead of fritos, they are asking for dorito's as well.
The product is donated and we sell them for $3.
We can go through 30lbs of taco meat in a weekend.
Hot sausage, Meat balls and Kielbasa all use the same bun. All product is donated and we sell each sandwich for $3.
Bowls of chili, haluski and rigatoni sell like crazy. $2.50

I'm always looking for new ideas to put into the mix.

I wish I knew about this site when my daughter was in elementary school. We used to sell tons of candy and hotdogs and make good profit. Somewhere someone mentioned simpler is better, yes it was for me especially when my volunteers were kids themselves. My daughter is in college now and I would like to get into the business of concession stands. Probably mobile for now but later have a permanent stand. Thanks for all the posts. They are very useful.

We call that Taco N a Bag. We also do Nachos, Loaded Nachos, Pretzels with Cheese, Chili dogs, Frozen pickle juice, popsicles, Drumsticks, Iceee pops, Push pops... Frozen Pickle juice is just the pickle juice saved & put in a jello shot cup & frozen. Sells for .25 everybody loves them. Loaded Nachos is a meal lol. Folks LOVE them. It has nachoes on bottom followed by choose of chili or taco meat then tomatoes, lettuce, onions, cheese, salsa, sour cream, jalapeños. Can also try bar b q sandwiches with baked beans. or corn dogs.
