You're welcome You can even ask them to sponsor a family fun night where they cover cost of snacks & beverages. When we had our Tricky Tray in the Bingo Hall (we are having ours at a banquet hall this year) we wrote to Wise and Pepsi and got donations from them of chips & soda. Then we would sell them at the event. (I believe we needed a permit to sell them, I'm not sure as I wasn't involved in the getting the licenses/permits then- this will be my first year in that department) I have their addresses if you want them.
Gift Auction (Tricky Tray) where you ask for donations from the local businesses and make baskets from those donations; ask the businesses to sponsor a class where you give them a list of items the class needs and they provide the items for you; ask local restaurants to participate in a family night where the families from the school go there to eat on a designated night and over a two hour period (or whatever time you agree upon) a certain percentage of sales will go to your school. Some ideas - hope they help. Good Luck!
We are in a low funded school district and need ideas for donations from outside companies for our fundraiser. Any ideas? It is my first year and seems overwhelming!
Thanks for your help!!
