They use Chippery cookies by Otis Spunkmeyer. These are a very well known and liked brand of cookies. Volunteers are needed for organizing the distribution of the cookies on delivery day, but the profits out weigh the work by far!
Market day is a great service for your families.... but not a Big profit margin for all the work that goes into having them at the school-- I believe 10-15% and you have to have so many orders before you place the order to begin with... There are easier ways to make 10-15% for your school each month-- Mcdonald's Nights, Wendy's, and other local restaurants in your area have special nights set up where your school receives a percentage of the total sales.... and most will give out certificates to raffle off as door prizes or incentives.
It's a packaged/frozen food company. If you're familiar with Schwan's, the selection and quality of food is similar. Families place orders every month and the school gets a percentage. It's been very successful for us. More details here

We hit a gold mine this year with family nights with Chik-Fil-A! Our first night brought in over $600! I think the most the Prez did was call the resturant mgr! Okay flyers were handed out but THEY provided the flyer and and info needed! All we had to do was ask parents to "Eat Chicken Tonight!"
