Love the idea of salsa fundraising for a Cinco De Mayo themed sale. The Walk-a-Thon we might do in the fall as a kick the year of right theme.

We offered our parents at our school memberships through www.menusfor2.com and www.menusfor4.com they offer meal planning with the recipes and nutritional info including weight Watchers points. they paid us $10-$15 per membership that was bought (6 month vs 12 month). we had a great experience. Something different and something families or singles could use.
