Would you mind sharing which candles companies you use? I'd love to know, as that's something we're exploring.

Thank you!

The most successful fundraiser we have done is $1.00 No Uniform Day. Obviously, this only works at schools where uniforms are worn. Each month, one day is designated as No Uniform Day. We usually choose a day that is already a weird day, like an early release day, or a Friday before a break.

Students are allowed to wear regular, dress code approved, clothes for $1.00. Almost every student participates and it was so easy! Teachers collect the money in the morning and send it to the office.

HI URontheMike,
We do have posts that old! This community has been going strong for more than a decade. You may find a few threads that have a final post/reply from a while back because the conversation slowed down and ended. Many other threads are very active.

My school just recently ran a read-a-thon fundraiser with Learn2Earn. It was an incredible experience--our school is very low-income and the company was completely flexible with our mix of online and offline donations. As an educational fundraiser, our community really got behind the program, as it directly supported our school wide reading literacy initiative.

The program works phenomenally and children love it! During the readathon, children can read anything, then log their reading online. They have their own personal profile where they earn points based on how much they read, reviews they write, number of sponsors they get to pledge, and a lot of other incentives. The donation faciliation features Learn2Earn provides makes collecting funds, accounting for them, and communicating with the parents and sponsors a breeze. I was able to run the whole thing no problem, and we raise $16,572 in three weeks!

Also, customer service was impeccable! Ask for Dave and say Tim McCalpin recommended you. You'll get a discount and so will our school :D

Contact me with any questions! I'm definitely running a fundraiser with Learn2Earn again this year. Last but not least, our teachers have asked to do this again next year! This company makes being a PTO dad just so enjoyable...

Their url is www.learn2earn.org

Best,
Tim
