OH SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! I have always bought my Christmas wrapping paper from Sally an so have most of my family...until this year we have been well somewhat pleased but this year is totally different...the paper i ordered...OUT OF STOCK...and so was the paper my mom and sister ordered...WHAT'S UP WITH ALL OF THAT SALLY?????? And the choices of paper this year...not everyone likes SNOWMEN...I hate to say this but i fear this will be the last year i buy paper from you as will it be my moms and sisters. I think we will go and buy from a company that sells to the department stores to get the heavy quality paper we so desire. I don't mind buying in large quanity as long as its what i want!!! SO LONG SALLY!!
Yes, I need the ingredients before I purchase them- if the dough is full of chemicals I will not want to buy them. Of course they are on the tub but that is too late. I am looking at a catalog at work and trying to find the ingredients on the internet! Help.....
Where do I start? The program stinks!!!! The cards stink!!!And Sally has fallen...The customer service has gone bye bye. I really don't get it. Sales have dropped about I would guess 50%. The kids have no idea how the heck to explain the cards. The shipping cost is very high and because the school PTO isn't ordering you have to pay taxes. Sure it comes to your house for a huge price. And ordering online the catalog selection is terrible compared to past years. I have no idea what the heck they were thinking other than trying to save a quick buck on labor but in the end Sally is going to come out the loser as well as al the schools. This is a bad program and I hope our school finds another program next year.
