I have put our elementary school directory together for 3 years now. I have a database that I have forwarded to numerous people on this website. It is in Access. All the queries and reports are formatted. All you need to do is enter the data, which can be imported from excell or done manually.
As I said, it's in Access, and if you don't really know the program or don't have it on your computer, it won't help you.

Tims database looked nice but I know my PTO would not approve spending $300 for a computer program.
Hi, We put out a student directory. We use the classroom enrollment info as a starting point.
We have to have each student return a form with the parents signature giving permission to put their info into the directory. The second year is easier seeing you can add or delete a student but for the most part it is all the same.
But Tim does have a point that we will have to look into!
Hello to all! I am in need to assistance. I'm now responsible for Membership and our Student Directory. The problem is, we have never before had a Student Directory and I'm looking at NOT reinventing the wheel.
Does anyone have a database or spreadsheet that would get me started? I would be forever grateful!
