I think this is a trick question because it all depends on how many rungs the ladder has...
you need 1 person on the floor to support the ladder (typically the Principal)
a bunch of people on the 1st rung who want to be involved but not in charge of anything so they will come to show their support during the changing of the bulb
a few people on the 2nd rung who are willing to help clean up after the changing of the bulb (they are one step ahead of the people on the first rung after all)
three on the 3rd rung to promote the event and sell tickets
one brave soul on the 4th rung chair the event
one on the 5th rung who is comfortable having the chairperson report up to them, but isn't quite ready to be the one swapping the bulb
and finally on the top rung, we find the fearless leader who is not only willing to be the one to swap the bulb time and time again, but will also graciously entertain any suggestions of how the swap could have gone better offered up by the folks who were in the other room during the event.
7 really...1 to organize the event and 5 to sell the tickets to that event. Still 1 needed to send the eblast to invite all the parents to participate and join in the festivities!!
