It's a PTO event -- we'll pull it off regardless of how many show up to help -- just like we always do!!!

One member should send a message to whoever signed up for it .

7 - 1 Officer to screw it in after a 6-way email confirming it was okay and all Officers were on board and on the same page and 1 member to complain about the way it was done!

I'll let you know next year, after we establish a committee to take on the task.
