There are no PTO bylaws for any particular state. PTOs are independent, so there is no standard form that you have to follow. In this thread and elsewhere on this site, you'll find links to tons of samples that are good jumping off points.

Does anyone know the by-laws or where I might be able to obtain them for CA? I am interested in trying to figure out what to do with my group. Go PTO or PTA and I am trying to do as much research as possible. I would appreciate if anyone could help. Thanks!
