I have a PTO member who is determined to cause trouble for the incoming board members and has said she is a troublemaker. She tried to get several members to step down from their positions because she simply doesn't like them. She is trying to cause problems with the relationship with the teachers and principal. She is continuing to bad mouth PTO because she feels that people are "stealing" money from PTO and doesn't like how things are being done. Mind you, none of this was a problem until she started stirring up the waters. What do we do with her?
