No fee for Escape School. Our speaker left 3 books and a video for our library. The kids loved it. We are having a person come form the Attorney General's office next month to talk about Internet Safety. This one is open ONLY to parents but we do supply babysitting. She is one of the people that is on-line with our kids and shows just how easy it is to lure these kids from a site. She is bringing along with her a State Police Officer that also does this type of thing. I am going to open this to parents in the Middle School also. This is also a fee free event. If parents don't take advantage... their crazy!
Lisa, can you e-mail me your parent night ideas too? This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
We approached the prinicpal about doing family nights. We told her our ideas and the staff already had the idea to do family math nights. The staff and any interested parents are meeting this tues. after school. I think the PTO might provide the refreshments and a door prize for the events. Ideas how to do the math nights would be appreciated. Thanks Chris
