Question: Removal letter
Our school liaison board member has now been more than 15 minutes late (often showing up half way through a meeting with no notification why) or missed more than 4 meetings- both general and board member meetings. Is there a template letter for the president to send notifying her that she has officially been removed as a board member?

CherylB writes:Have you asked the board member why she has been late? May be it is a situation that she cannot help child care issues, something beyond their control. You may want to find out before removing her so that there are no hard feelings within the group. Good luck Cheryl PTO Today
