Question: Voting on Budget when quorum isn't met
We have been having trouble meeting quorum at our meetings. Can I say that if we dont meet quorum then the Executive Board will be the only ones to vote? We need to move forward with budget and can't do anything until we vote, but can't get enough people to come to the meetings.
