As I would assume you have somehow split up the duties among the three people, one should be designated "the voter." But if you do voting for the whole membership, all three get to vote as members.

Boards are usually set up to have a certain number of people to avoid ties in voting, or to have provisions for tie-breakers, so by splitting positions that kind of puts a monkey wrench in the process if extra people get to vote.

Someone who has a better knowledge of Robert's Rules might chime in with an "official" way of handling this situation according to that, though.
