Question: Ficticiuos Debit Cards

My school is trying to implement an actual debit card to be used for purchasing items in our school spirit store. The idea is for the item amount to be deducted upon usage for each swipe. Any ideas on how to implement this?

I'm not sure this is a good answer, because your title is "fictitious debit cards." If you're using real debit cards, you can use a special swiping unit that attaches to a cell phone from someplace like Square, or Spark, or PayPal or PayAnywhere. They are very easy to set up and use.

Yes, PayPal Here scanner attached to iphone works well for card payments. We use that for spirit sales.
