Question: Does anyone webcast their PTO Meetings?

I am wondering if other PTOs webcast their meetings? Our PTO Executive Committee is brainstorming to help boost working parent involvement with the PTO. Thanks.

I wouldn't say it's a huge trend (just yet!), but some groups do live stream their meetings, such as the Knapp Elementary Home and School Association, which was our Judges Choice winner in our Parent Group of the Year 2013 search. If you are on Twitter, do a search on #ptchat. There are lots of tech savvy parents and school officials who tweet with that hashtag (and are involved in a weekly tweet chat) and you will find some great suggestions on how to live stream and use other technology for your group.
