Question: How do you handle loaning any equipment you may own?
We have a shake machine we loan for our after prom activities and special school related events. We need something as a check list/contract for them to sign before they borrow. It was returned not cleaned very well and we would really like to avoid this again. Any suggestions?

FoxMom writes:We made our own contract that states the item must be returned in the same condition it left in... if there is something damaged or broken they are responsible for repairing or replacing said item. They must sign in order to borrow the item.
