Question: Volunteer Manager

Our school is having a bake sale and the chairperson would like to list the items needed. I am uncertain where to list. Assign under event needs to have a particular person assigned and we would like to leave that open. Please help!

Volunteer Manager does not have a place for a check list. As a work-around You could create a new task for each baked good . The issue is that Volunteer Manager will not keep a count. So for example I f you set up a task entitled Brownies, multiple people could sign up for that and you may end up with 16 batches of brownies.
