Question: Budget Vote

Craig advised a PTO to have vote on the budget at the first general meeting, which I think is a great idea. I'm wondering, does the budget vote need to be listed on the agenda? Or can it be included in the treasurer's report?

It's really a separate item from the treasurer's report -- annual planning vs. current financial position -- so it should probably be a separate agenda item.
