Question: Mass Form PC

I am completing the Ma Form PC filing for the first time. Does anyone know if Item D. line 5 "Fundraising expenses" pertains to only professional fundraising fees or do I include items such as prizes we give away to the kids during our volunteer led funraising?

We checked with the state attorney general's office. On the line you're referring to, they're looking for all expenses related to fundraising. That includes the cost of prizes. It also includes the amount of your collections that go to a fundraising company. For example, if you sell $6,000 worth of candy and $3,000 of that goes to the company that supplied the candy, your fundraising expense is $3,000.
