Question: using fundraising as a tool to lower tuition

Is there a way besides scrip, where we can use some of the fundraising profits as a kick back to those who participated in fundraising? For instance, all who raise 300.00 or over will receive 60.00 off their tuition bill . Is this lawful and if so what wording do we have to use!

It's a fairly common practice among private schools to use fundraising money to defray tuition costs. You should consult a local attorney on how to set that up so it complies with your state's tax laws.
