Teacher appreciation candy bar poem

11 years 6 months ago #163678 by Rose H
Hi Lynn,

That sounds like such a nice gift!!

What you could try is checking on our Pinterest page. We have a Pinterest board with Teacher Quotes and I bet there is something there that would work for you.

Here's the link: pinterest.com/ptotoday/teacher-appreciation-quotes/

Also, you can look on our File Exchange on the Teacher Appreciation section. We have cards and notes templates that you could download and cusotmize.

That link is here: www.ptotoday.com/filesharing/category/5-teacher-appreciation

Good luck!

I am giving my staff a throw with the school logo on it for teacher appreciation. I wanted to put a catchy saying on a card to go with the blanket but my mind has gone blank. Help!

I created this teacher candy bar poem for my son's pre-school teachers and it was a HUGE hit! mummydeals.org/a-poem-about-teachers/
Hope it helps! Teachers deserve something special :)

I am a teacher and when my kids did this for me I thought it was adorable! I did eat the candy off of it, but I puffed the wrappers back up and taped them back where they came from...the kids had no idea I even ate it :)

Can't wait to put this together for our teachers! Keep up the good work, I'd be lost without my PTO Today!

Since the teachers get quite a few candies at V-Day, and we spoil them with a chocolate fountain and other calorie-laden treats during Teacher Appreciation Week, this year we did something different.

Using phrases from a similar poem, we put a basket of candy each morning in the mailroom with a sign posted to it from the poem. For example, one days was a cute basket filled w/ Smarties & a sign saying "Thanks for making our kids such "SMARTIES".

We did this each day for the first week of school and felt that every teacher has to go to the mail/copy room, but only some go into the lounge. I think we spent less than $50 for a staff of 100 and they loved a little daily reminder of our appreciation to start off the school year!
