I applied yesterday through the contact us online. I was looking for the Mt. Washington Resort.
I won't be able to do it with a 4 month request time. My event is in 2 weeks.
Just thought I'd pass on the info. I know a lot of people will be looking at this site when the new school year starts.
Our donation policy requires all requests be submitted on the organization's letterhead with an explanation of the organization, date and time of the event and complete contact information including a contact person, phone number and physical address (certificates are not sent to a P.O. Box). Due to the overwhelming increase in the number of requests we receive daily, all requests must be submitted four months prior to the date of the event to allow our donation committee time to review.Approved donations will be valid for one year from the date of the event and will be mailed approximately four weeks prior to the date of the scheduled event.

Whenever we have tickets donated with a specific date, we always list the date. our benefit is for kids with cancer and because of dr appts, surgeries etc, we don't want the parents to bid, and win something that they open and find out they can't use because of the restriction of dates.
