OK, I guess Bloody Mary's are the drink du jour. Maybe for the next two years..... ;)

Good grief - I was only absent from the boards for a couple of days and you'll have already moved to page 70!

Welcome Bizy - these guys are the greatest at making you feel welcome. The bar is always open and someone always has a yummy treat ready!

Voting day bake sale is DONE! For a spur of the moment idea, we managed to bring in a tidy sum. :D But it was a lot of hard work. We were up and at the school by 7am, I stayed until I had to leave for classes, then I came back for awhile, went home to take youngest to karate, after karate drove back home and made dinner for kids, waited for their father to show up (which was around 6) and then left again to work to the end of the sale which was 8p. Wheeew - I'm pooped and I have the swollen ankles to prove it!

Now on to the fall dance (which is next friday). But I'm only in charge of the snack sales - so I'll be able to get out there and boogie with the kids - MUCH to my oldest daughters embarassment and dismay, but to my youngest daughters absolute delight. Quite the delima! What is a mom to do? ...... Why get out there and BOOGIE!

And my cool mom status is being ramped up again.... the All American Rejects concert is tommorw night. To say my daughter is excited would be a major understatment! Heck - I'm excited. Who can resist a rockin concert? And to get to do it with my daughter is icing on the cake. I'll be sure to let you guys know how it goes.
