Not only thank them in a note, but thank them at your next PTO meeting. Little mentions of things like that are a reminder to the parents attending of how much the Exec. Officers are doing since THEY are not stepping up.

Doing it for my one and only ~~ my son!

Definitely! If not, you run the risk of this officer not being eager to help out in the future.

This week is our all school orientation. I will be sending Thank You cards to the businesses that donated fruit tray, coffee, and paper products. However, my only help was my fellow officers, do I send them a Thank You too? My gut is saying YES because I want them to feel appreciated from the start, I'm just double checking.
