How about a PTA or PTO packet of all ya'lls tentative plans for the school year? We put one together for our jr high/high school. We put a picture of our membership (theme) mural on the cover. The inside consisted of membership giveaways, membership costs, PTSA roster. The next two pages consisted of our proposed budget and our fundraising donation page. The next page was our email opt-in and membership form. The volunteer form was on the next page. For the last two pages, it was a mini newsletter about meeting times, AYP, PTSA happenings, senior scholarship, Reflections Art Program, etc. The parents were real receptive to the packets!
At our Back to School night we usually have something to give to the families. Last year, we had a martial arts school sponsor our school calendar magnets. This year, I am looking for something new. Just looking to see what other schools give out. I was lucky enough to be able to hand out the "Jump In" magazine too...so I am looking forward to that too.
