oops.. sorry.. i was just on their site.. minimum order is 60 pieces.. so if you don't have that many volunteers, you could order a batch but don't date them, and they could be next year's gifts, too.

we found an ad in PTOTODAY ( Tim) for EPI ( educational products,inc) and they offer white t shirts with imprinting for $3.49 each. ( colors are $ 5.49).. T t shirts were not super thick, but for the price and the fact we have our school name printed on them.. and had a few words like.. respect, dedication, teamwork,, under the school name, and then the year.

the volunteers LOVED them!

I believe the minimum order was only about 24 pieces.. so we actually could put the year on them, which made them more special.. then when they arrived... we just rolled them up and tied them with big ribbons with a homemade tag attached!

We usually have an end-of-year social luncheon, but this year we've decided to have a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner for our last meeting and want to hand out something as a token reminder of our gratitude.

I've found star keychains, which would give us a nice theme for the evening, but I wondered if anyone has done anything like this and can offer some insight.
