All kinds of fruits with yogurt dip, fruit with caramel dips, a little chocolate drizzle... mix it up a bit. Have a couple variations of fruit salad thrown in the mix with the usual baked goodies. Basically, give everybody a good variety of options. Just because many are doing WW doesn't mean they won't trade some points for the usual bake treats for one day...and for those who are following the plan to the 't', they'll have a choice too.

They have weight watchers friendly recipes there that even provide the points per serving. You could prepare some of those dishes and even set up little cards next to the dish telling the staff how many points each dish is worth. Many of the dishes are delicious and you don't even miss the fat and calories! I lost 90 lbs on Weight Watchers and I would have loved to attend an event that catered to my diet a little!
I've been on Weight Watchers. The system allows for occasional sweets and treats. Most women are on some kind of diet or other their whole adult lives. It's kind of you to try to accomodate them. But one "Sweet On You" day isn't going to kill their progress.
Also, many who won't eat the treats may take their share home with them for their family to enjoy. It's still the thought that counts and they'll appreciate you making them feel special.
Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never, ever the same."

I stopped by the Secretary today to give her the dates for Teacher/Staff Appreciation Monday - Breakfast Wednesday - "Sweet On You" we provide desserts and sweets Friday - Lunch.
She informed me in her oh so pleasant way (insert sarcasm here) that a bunch of the staff is doing weight watchers so we shouldn't waste of lot of time baking because they won't eat it anyway. I thanked her for the info - kept the smile on my face (I learned that from you guys) and left.
In an effort to accommodate everyone, does anyone have any ideas on what we can provide our weight watchers club on "sweet on you" day??
