Santa Gifts

$3.00 a student is a great budget to have. You can get some great gifts for the students with that. I love the idea of giving "personalized school logo" items. I think it generates school spirit and the kids get really excited about it.

Couple suggestions:
We use a company called www.wadayaneed.com They personalize just about anything. We have always ordered our student gifts from them and they turn out fantastic. We've given the kids frisbees, yo-yos and mega phones - all in the school colors and imprinted with the school logos. The mega phones were great cause we gave them to the room moms ahead of time. If they were able, they filled them with candy and other misc holiday items and they wrapped them in clear bags and gave to the kids (some filled with popcorn). We have also ordered mini-basketballs, water bottles, coke can coozies, sports pennants and pom poms from them. These items were in our spirit store, but could easily be used as student gifts.

Another idea would be a school shirt. EPI usually runs a $2.99 a shirt special - white shirt with 2 color imprint. If you have $3.00 a kid to spend, you could order shirts for every student. What a gift that would be! order sizes that are typical of that age group and you shouldn't go too wrong.

Anyway... have fun!

The water bottles are a great idea and have been a hit at our K-2 school. How about coloring books and crayons. We have a great dollar store that we use. We just put together awesome prizes for our Halloween party all under 3 dollars.

Do the teachers allow them to keep water bottles ont heir desks, or the PE teacher allow them to have waterbottles in the gym? you could give them water bottles with the school mascot and name on them.

or instead of a gift, could you do a program for them? like a magician or a great storeyteller?

I need some gift ideas for the students. For Xmas Santa goes around and gives each of the students a gift that the PTO purchases. These are the things we have done before change purses, winter hats that had our school name or logo on. The gifts needs to be no more than $3.00 and we have about 550 students.

Any suggestions I could use the help.
