You should all have it now. Shadow, I sent you this database last year, so you would have it already.

You can also take your entire excel spreadsheet and dump it into access, either by importing it or 'paste + append' into a new table. You don't have to free type all data when you are starting out.

I have done the directory for my school for the past three years. I set it up on excel and then into access. Could you send me your access set up? I am curious to see what it is like?
