Northeastmom - we hold our fall festival the weekend after Halloween, but some ideas may be a trunk or treat in the school parking lot, a hay ride if you have room around your campus, pumpkin carving contests, face painting/hair painting, any kind of carnival/boardwalk games, costume contest, haunted classroom or outside area (again, if you have the space), scarecrow making contest between the classes before-hand to get the kids excited, polaroid pictures with fall/seasonal background.
