Thanks for all the great suggestions. I ended up with a snowballer. They turned out to be $1 each in large quantity. I got them at this site. stores.ebay.com/Showcase-Auctions-LLC_W0...bQ3astoreviewQQtZkmn
I will keep www.wadayaneed.com
in mind for spring bunny. They also had some really cool/different stuff.
Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving to all

Wow! $2.00 a kid is a huge amount to spend - you are soooo lucky. Anyway...you can get gobs of really cool stuff for your students. We like to get items that have our school logo printed on it. There's an awesome site called www.wadayaneed.com
. We work with Judy all the time. We have purchased printed frisbees, megaphones, yo-yos, pencil bags and other items for our student holiday gifts. All of these items are under a $1.00 each including set up fees. We put our school logo and phrases on it. The kids love them!!! Any extras we order we put in our school store and sell later on. Good luck!
We are getting our kids from Santa a vinyl zippered change purse with our school Monogram and name on it. Its only costing us $1.35 each.
We are an elementary school and the kids always need these.

Oriental Trading is my suggestion too. If it has to be winter themed you could even get some of their little craft kits for the older kids. They have lots of snowman and snowflake stuff.
When I was in school, all we got was an orange and a candy cane!
Have you tried your local dollar store? That way you can get something age-appropriate for each grade level.
