We have a treasurer and president that have already over spent by $6000.00. Way over budget! They took it upon themselves to write these checks because the things they wrote them for will make the money back. However, they didn't go through anyone else and what they're doing is against our bylaws. What should I do? This has been brought up many times but they just blow everyone off. Now we have other chairs who are over budget because the treasurer keeps writing checks!!! Help with PTO in PA.
