At the beginning of the year...our student council sends home a sheet that parents can fill out with childs name address and phone. If you do not want your child/rens name in the directory you mark it accordingly. Then you can buy the directory for $2.00 each.
Our school is two campuses...k-5 at one school and 6-8 at the other school.
To the wonderful person who developed an Access database, you are an angel. I have been doing our directory for a couple years, so at least the updating is rather quick, but I know in Access it would be real slick.
"Almost Used Up", I would love a copy of the database you developed.

If you do, I have developed a program where I manage all the things you say you want and automatically places the data in a nice report for printing.
Typing is minimal after the 2nd year, as update querys change the childs grade and only new students and kindergarteners need to be typed.

Almost used up, could you send me a copy of that Access database program too? I have been messing around with Access trying to figure it out and have had no luck! I sent a reply, but I don't know if I am doing this the right way!
