We don't have a mission statement, but instead have a list of objectives in our constitution. I could probably quickly write a mission statement from these objectives if needed.
Article II: Objectives
The objectives of xxx PTO are to:
1. Establish and maintain a working relationship between parents, school, and community.
2. Support school improvement and promote the finest education possible for the students of xxx Elementary.
3. Enhance the quality of education by raising funds for school supplies or programs that fall outside the school budget.
4. Expand technology and supplement equipment and supplies.
5. Increase student safety and security.
6. Develop programs and projects that will support or enrich the curriculum.
7. Provide programs and activities that enrich and encourage family time.
To aid the students of XYZ Elementary School by providing support for their educational and recreational needs and to promote open communication between the administration, teachers and parents.
