Our PTO TriFold is sent out in the Summer Mailing... it includes the year's calendar of events (both PTO and school/District schedules of holidays and teacher conferences and days off, etc...), it has a listening of the PTO Board and Committee Chairs (with phone numbers) and a full list of teachers and staff (by core & homeroom) and subject taught.
A number of years ago, I also made a tri-fold of the school's Mission, Values and Belief Statements (this was a joint effort of teachers, parents AND students). (we're a middle school)
I've now gotten the idea of making one up for the listing of our volunteer opportunities (committee descriptions)..... maybe with a fourth tear-off panel that contains a sign-up sheet. (Hmmmm, yet another thing for my spare time.)
